Come to the table to decompress and receive the care your muscles ache for. Our practitioners are equipped with great body knowledge and physical skills to address the compression and tension your body bears in the day to day ongoings of life. Whether your ailments stem from desk work or athletic undertakings, parenthood or active commuting; our practitioners will approach assessment with curiosity and work with you to develop a treatment plant that best serves you. Whether that be a slow paced fascial treatment that helps sooth your nervous system and bring you back into your body safely, or a deeper tissue approach addressing scars and adhesions to assist in mobility management. Our goal is to help you feel functional and well in your body to the best of our abilities.

Additional modalities can include cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, food therapy, qi gong, and herbal medicine.

A variety of classes to give you tools to feel good within your own body.

Offerings include: mobility classes, animal flow classes, yoga, gua sha and cupping tutorials, self-massage and acupressure.

Reiki is a non-invasive and risk-free treatment that can benefit anyone and everyone. It can work well in conjunction with other medical treatments for all ailments and ages to promote recovery and relieve side effects. This service is not covered under most insurance.

Aquilina is an accessibility focused and holistically minded Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners Association of the Maritimes.

Focusing on balancing the nervous system, they employ gentle and engaged techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilizations and deep tissue work. They also enjoy integrating breathwork to facilitate positive change within the body. They are excited to support pre-natal clients, babies, youth, and anyone seeking to establish a healing relationship with their body.

With a background in yoga, tree planting, and running, they have cultivated a peaceful connection to their own body, which they seek to help others establish in their own lives.

Saya is a Usui Reiki I & II certified practitioner, and a member of Massage Therapists’ and Wholistic Practitioners’ Association of the Maritimes.

Through reiki, Saya aims to help others understand, explore, and heal their own energies – to bring holistic healing that helps connect the body, emotions, and mind.

Approaching healing with a sense of curiosity and openness, reiki will allow lingering tensions to surface and be released, inviting a state of deep relaxation that enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Common benefits include the alleviation of anxiety, pain, fatigue, and a strengthened immune system.

Outside of practicing reiki, Saya can be found meditating, painting, practicing yoga, holding crystals, and looking into the latest astrological events. Andy Myles is a registered massage therapist with MTANS.

Andy graduated from ICT Northumberland College’s Massage Therapy program in 2023. His interest in massage therapy stems from the treatment he received for weightlifting injuries, and from a wish to share the benefits found in embodiment and movement practices. He prides himself on attuning to clients’ needs and well-being, treating and managing various conditions while providing clear plans and remedial exercises.

Andy studies and practices various modalities including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, General Swedish Massage, and Sports Massage. He is experienced with treating a variety of conditions, including Whiplash and Shoulder injuries, and is passionate about working with people who seek peace in their bodies.

Emily Parker is a registered massage therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia. She lives and practices massage and yoga in the North End of Halifax, Nova Scotia (Kjipuktuk).
